Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 August 2026
1. Information we collect
Registration details you give us (name, email address and phone/WhatsApp number), payment confirmation from our payment provider, and basic usage information such as pages visited, referring page, browser type, approximate device details and IP address.
We never receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
2. How we use it
To confirm your registration, share session links and updates, provide support, process refund requests, and understand which pages people find useful so we can improve the site.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run TradeWithKhemendra — our payment provider, hosting and database provider, and Telegram for session delivery — or where required by law.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use minimal first-party storage to avoid counting the same visit twice. We also use Google Tag Manager (Google) and the Meta Pixel (Meta) to measure website usage and the performance of our advertising. These tools may receive your device, browser, page-view and approximate location information.
Visitors in regions that require prior consent (for example the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland) see a cookie banner, and these tools stay switched off until consent is given. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, and applicable opt-out signals are respected.
5. Data retention and security
Data is stored on secured infrastructure with access restricted to authorised administrators, and kept only as long as needed for support, accounting and legal requirements.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing tradewithkhemendra@gmail.com.
7. Children
TradeWithKhemendra sessions are intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The revised date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
