Trading in financial markets involves risk of loss. Nothing in our sessions or on this website is a promise of profit, income or any specific outcome. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

The group live session is currently offered free of charge as a welcome offer; you reserve a seat by submitting your name, contact number and email. The 1-on-1 VIP masterclass is booked by paying the listed fee through our payment provider. Access details are shared on WhatsApp after your reservation is confirmed.

You agree to provide accurate registration details, to keep your access link private, and not to record, resell, redistribute or publicly share session content. Respectful conduct is expected in the live session and on the Telegram channel.

Session dates and timings are announced on the Telegram channel. TradeWithKhemendra may reschedule a session where necessary; in that case you may attend the rescheduled session or request a refund. Refunds are handled as set out in our Refund Policy: 100% refund, no questions asked.

All session material, slides, charts and website content belong to TradeWithKhemendra and are licensed to you for personal learning only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeWithKhemendra is not liable for trading losses or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our content. Our total liability is limited to the fee you paid.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
